FEED STOCK HANDLING

Standard well-pad design with sand separation, HP, IP, LP, heater treater system for water, oil, and gas separation, vapor combustion systems, etc.

COMPRESSION SYSTEM

Custom compression systems which includes LP, IP, HP compression for wellhead pads, central gathering and processing systems, central delivery points, gas plant compression, and pipeline transmission.

Our compression system design includes centrifugal, reciprocating, and screw frames with gas engine, gas turbines, and motor driven drivers.

GATHERING SYSTEM

Standard central gathering system design, pipeline pigging and receiving systems, hydrate mitigation, corrosion inhibition, and pipeline slug catching systems


RELIEF SYSTEM

Relief system engineering to flaring systems for safe plant operations which includes PRV/PSV calculations, PRV/PSV regulatory testing and certifications, back pressure calculations, PSV/PRV technology selection

GAS TREATING

Standard and custom gas treating systems which employ regenerative and non-regenerative technologies to remove contaminants like mercury, mercaptans, hydrogen sulfide, elemental sulfur, carbon dioxide and nitrogen from the natural gas streams

GAS DEHYDRATION

Standard and custom gas dehydration systems employing ethylene glycol (EG), triethylene glycol (TEG), and molecular sieve dehydration system


GAS PROCESSING

Custom gas processing technologies to maximize asset monetization while meeting pipeline and product specifications.

Open art technologies include refrigerated dew point control, subcooled turboexpander system, recycling and absorption systems, and membrane separation. Proprietary technologies can be pursued if requested.

FRACTIONATION

Custom fractionation system which can produce purity ethane, EP mix, HD5/HD10 propane, butane and gasoline products. custom small-scale ethane liquefaction, butane isomerization and crude splitter systems

REFRIGERATION

Standard and custom freon, propane, nitrogen, and mixed refrigeration systems for gas processing and fractionation systems


HEAT MEDIUM SYSTEM

Custom head medium systems utilizing mineral or synthetic heat medium oils for process heating, while employing NFPA compliant fuel combustion heaters

STABILIZATION

Standard hydrocarbon stabilization systems which includes contaminant filtration, de-emulsification, flash gas handling, and product stabilization for crude, y-grade, and custom vapor pressure products

PRODUCT HANDLING

Custom product filtration, contaminant & color removal, pumping system, custody transfer measurement and product analyses and sampling


ACID GAS HANDLING

Custom acid gas handling via acid gas venting, acid gas flaring, thermal oxidation, and acid gas compression for deep well injections

TURBINES AND WASTE HEAT RECOVERY

Custom system design of gas turbines for compression and power generation.

Custom system for waste heat recovery units utilizing turbine exhausts to heat mineral or synthetic heat medium oils for process heating.
